Initiate Your Return
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack it securely in the original shipping materials.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the parcel back to our Melbourne studio.
Processing & Credit
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
